Download and Save the Remote Support Tool
- Call +44 7747 845 949 to make an appointment with a Support Assistant
- Run the Remote Support Too
- Double click on "LMNO Remote Support" when instructed to by the Support Assistant
- While connected this icon
will be displayed in the System Tray and the Support Assistant will be
able to view your screen and control your keyboard and mouse.
- To End the Remote Support Session at any time right click on the icon in the System Tray and select Close.
